Hi! My name is Ms. McDonagh, and I am your third grade Reading/Social Studies teacher! This is my fifth year teaching at CMIT. I can’t wait for a new year! I am originally from New Jersey, and I went to college at High Point University in North Carolina. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. I received a Master's degree from the University of Maryland in Teacher Leadership and Policy in 2021.

Hi, I’m Ms. Fleet your 3rd grade Math and Science teacher. I’m a native of Prince Georges County and graduated from Largo High School. I have a degree in Elementary Education from Bowie State University. I am currently working on my Masters in Instructional Technology from University of Maryland Global Campus. This will be my fifth year teaching and my fifth year at CMIT South Elementary.

Hello, dear parents and students!! My name is Ms. Balogun; this school year 2021/22, I will be your child’s Science and Social Studies teacher. Though this school year marks my second year as PGCPS teacher; my student teaching was in the school district. Also, I previously taught in a private school where I taught for 7 years.

I grew up outside of the United States and previously earned a degree. I have lived in Maryland for 15 years with my family and I love it here!!

My passion to teach motivated me to pursue another degree in Elementary Education which I obtained from University of Maryland, College Park. I am excited to meet your students and I look forward to a great school year!!! (:

I love to read, sing, and dance. I also love spending time with my awesome husband and 2 children. My favorite color is purple and I love a good movie.
