Hi! My name is Ms. McDonagh, and I am your child’s third grade Reading/Writing/Language Arts teacher! This is my fourth year teaching at CMIT! I can’t wait for a new year! I am originally from New Jersey, and I went to college at High Point University in North Carolina. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. I also received a Master's degree from the University of Maryland in Teacher Leadership and Policy this past year.

Hi, I’m Ms. Fleet one of the 3rd grade Math teacher. I’m a native of Prince Georges County and graduated from Largo High School. I have a degree in Elementary Education from Bowie State University. I am currently working on my Masters in Instructional Technology from University of Maryland Global Campus. This will be my fourth year teaching and my fourth year at CMIT South Elementary.

Hello, dear parents and students!! My name is Ms. Balogun; this school year 2021/22, I will be your child’s Science and Social Studies teacher. Though this school year marks my first year as PGCPS teacher; my student teaching was in the school district. Also, I previously taught in a private school where I taught for 7 years.

I grew up outside of the United States and previously earned a degree. I have lived in Maryland for 15 years with my family and I love it here!!

My passion to teach motivated me to pursue another degree in Elementary Education which I obtained from University of Maryland, College Park. I am excited to meet your students and I look forward to a great school year!!! (:

I love to read, sing, and dance. I also love spending time with my awesome husband and 2 children. My favorite color is purple and I love a good movie.
