PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide strategic, visible leadership across all Club departments.

• Ensure an exceptional member experience through high service standards and consistent operations.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of department heads.

• Maintain accurate financial oversight, including budget development, forecasting, and reporting.

• Embrace and leverage club management technologies to streamline operations and improve communication.

• Oversee golf operations, food and beverage, events, racquet sports, aquatics, and maintenance.

• Work collaboratively with the Board and Committees to implement long-range planning and policy direction.

• Direct membership growth and retention efforts to ensure long-term sustainability.

• Promote a positive workplace culture and uphold Club values.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Including, but not limited to, the following:

• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in private clubs, resorts, or hospitality.

• Proven success in managing multi-faceted operations with attention to service excellence.

• Tech-savvy with experience using club management software, point-of-sale systems, and data reporting tools.

• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, capital projects, and operational reporting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; high emotional intelligence.

• Experience in food and beverage management and an understanding of member dining expectations.

• A visible leader with a hands-on, approachable leadership style.

• Experience working with a governance model that includes a Board of Directors and Committees.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• CMAA and/or PGA affiliation is a plus.
