The Nest Golf Club | Bonita Springs, Florida
Located along the Naples/Bonita Springs coastline in Southwest Florida, The Nest is a unique golfer's paradise with two extraordinary 18-hole Tom Fazio courses touted by Golf Digest as a top choice to play in Southwest Florida. Both courses have a reputation for being playable virtually every day of the year although there is a lively debate as to which course is the favorite. Members do not have to live in the community of Pelican Landing to enjoy one of the spectacular family memberships, and the club is conveniently located around many of Southwest Florida's premier communities.
The Nest is a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, where you will play through incredible Florida landscapes featuring wetland marshes, live oaks, and mangrove thickets. You’re likely to see a bald eagle or even spot a pod of dolphins on your way to our renowned finishing holes of the Hurricane course. Considered among the most compelling and visually stunning courses in the region, every challenging hole here inspires frequent deep breaths on courses that take full advantage of natural water hazards, lush landscapes, and tree-lined fairways generously buffering the outside world.
Additionally, The Nest is a club where exceptional golf does not always have to be played seriously. Members of all skill levels are welcomed and encouraged by a culture defined by competitive yet incredibly friendly play. The Members are especially proud of the sizable group of active women golfers and enjoy a high level of men, women, and couples group play. The age demographic is also becoming more diverse, as they experience a robust intake of new Members. Currently, the membership is full with a growing waiting list. The club is open year-round, serving more than 30% of the Members who are full-year residents. All golf activity is supported by a staff of professionals dedicated to ensuring each round is equally enjoyable and rewarding.
The Nest has recently made significant investments in its courses, clubhouse, and parking facilities. Improvements to the practice facilities are in the planning stages with intentions to extend the length of the driving range, modify the short game areas, increase grassed hitting stations, employ the best-in-class synthetic hitting stations, and significantly enhance the instructional offering.
The Nest is seeking to fill the position of Director of Golf. This position will envision, create, implement, and manage all programs and services that will promote an exceptional golf experience for Members and their guests. This position reports directly to the General Manager/COO.
