ABOUT THE CLUB
IRVING, TEXAS | A New Beginning… for one of Dallas’s Premier Private Clubs
It is with great excitement and long-awaited anticipation that we can now share with you that Century Golf Partners, along with our investment partner HKI America, Inc. and the Yoo family, have acquired the Sports Club of Las Colinas, in Irving, Texas. The transaction was completed on December 14th and as of December 15th, Four Seasons’ services are now completed and they will have no further management responsibilities for the Club. Century Golf Partners, through our management brand, Arnold Palmer Golf Management (APGM), will begin managing the Club immediately. Century Golf plans to work with the Members on a full name change of the Private Club as they forge into the future.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Century Golf is a privately held Dallas-based company and is one of the leading and most experienced companies in the club management industry, with a management portfolio of more than 55 private clubs, resorts and golf courses across the country. Century owns, leases and manages properties for 3rd parties. Their mission is simply to “Be a Good Partner”. They approach the relationship with their members, team members and the communities they serve with this foundational mission and principle.
PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS
This Can Include a Breakdown of Responsibilities as Listed Below or a General List of Duties – (Such As)
PGA Class A member in good standing.
College Degree
Experience at a high end private club and/or resort property.
Head Golf Professional or Director of Golf experience preferred or, a minimum of 5 – 7 years of verifiable, progressive leadership and golf management experience at a well-recognized Club.
Team oriented, collaborative mindset adept at working well with the team and other departments.
Strong leadership skills and proven experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff.
Service commitment to members, guests, and fellow staff.
Base Salary: $125,000-$150,000
Total Anticipated Compensation: $175,000-$200,000
Total Compensation includes base salary, lesson income, bonuses and commissions and is based on experience.
Benefits include: PGA Dues, Full Medical, Vision, Dental, 401 (k) with company match, Vacation, Cell phone allowance of $75
