PGA HOPE Southern Ohio Graduate Opportunity Refund Policy

Refunds and Withdrawals

Full refunds are available for PGA HOPE Southern Ohio Graduate Training and Graduate Academy registrants, if withdrawal from the event takes place at least 1 week prior to the start of the event. Withdrawals taking place less than 1 week prior to the event will not constitute any refund, due to the processing fee associated with accepting payment and the low cost of participation. 

Special Circumstance

Special circumstances that are communicated with Southern Ohio PGA Section Staff or PGA HOPE Lead Professionals, within the 1 week window, prior to the event beginning will be considered for a full refund at the discretion of the PGA HOPE program lead ie. sickness, family emergencies, or otherwise unforeseen challenges. Please contact the Southern Ohio PGA Works Fellow or the Lead Professional at your location if you wish to withdraw under special circumstances.

No Shows

If a participant fails to withdraw from an event and does not play, they will forfeit their entry fee for the program (1-day events or multiple day programs).
