PGA REACH will cover lodging costs for the following confirmed and accepted into the championship field:
Competing Teams: (3) rooms for (3) nights. Checking in Sunday, May 3 - checking out Wednesday, May 6.
Competing Individuals: (1) room for (3) nights. Checking in Sunday, May 3 - checking out Wednesday, May 6.
Additional costs for any rooms/nights outside of those covered above by PGA REACH will be the sole responsibility of the competing team/individual:
King Room (single & double occupancy) - $259+tax per night (triple occupancy - $279+tax, quad occupancy - $299+tax)
Queen/Queen Room (single & double occupancy) - $289+tax per night (triple occupancy - $309+tax, quad occupancy - $329+tax)
If accepted into the field, additional instructions for booking rooms will be emailed shortly after March 24, 2026.
Complimentary meals will be provided to teams and players beginning with dinner on Saturday, May 2 and concluding with lunch on Wednesday, May 6.

Transportation is not provided from the airport to the host golf course/hotel. All participants are responsible for their travel to and from the Championship host site.
There will be no on-site shuttles or transportation provided by the PGA for competing teams or individual players. Individual players (and their coaches if attending) are encouraged to utilize rideshare services or rent a car.
National Car Rental is the preferred rental company of the PGA of America.
Complimentary parking is available at The Park. Hang tags will be provided to teams and players to show security upon arrival, as you will be directed to the appropriate parking area.
