What’s Included

The entry fees include two rounds of championship golf on Meadow Valleys and the Irish courses, golf cart, Player Party at The Baths of Blackwolf Run on Friday, August 29, lunch vouchers for Saturday and Sunday, tee gifts and awards. 

Travel and Lodging are not included in the entry fee. Information on booking accommodations can be found on the Lodging Page.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

The following policy applies to all tournament, practice/add on rounds and lodging registrations. Before withdrawing from a tournament please review our policies.  All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to team@pgafamilygolf.com and will be processed within three (3) business days. In the email please include the players’ names and which tournament, practice/add on round or hotel registration is being canceled. Please note that cancellation requests cannot be accepted over the phone and must be in writing. No exceptions will be made for any reason.

- Requests for cancellation that are received more than 60 days in advance will receive a refund of the event entry fee paid less a $50 administrative fee. 

- Requests for cancellation that are received 31-60 days in advance will receive a 50% refund of the fee paid.

- No refunds will be issued if a participant cancels their entry 30 or fewer days prior to the event unless the spot in the field can be filled by another participant.

Event Travel

Travel to the event is the responsibility of the participant. No refunds will be issued for travel disruptions that are beyond the control of the PGA of America that result in participants missing all or part of an event.

Rain-outs and Inclement Weather

Every effort will be made to play all scheduled event rounds. We will continue to play in wet weather and cold weather unless the course becomes unplayable or the situation becomes dangerous. In the event participants need to evacuate the course, tournament officials and/or the host facility will sound an air horn. Once the horn is blown, you must discontinue all play. Wherever your ball lies, please mark it, and we will make every effort to continue playing. If an event is shortened due to rain, there will be no refunds or credits issued.

In the event a stipulated round is affected by inclement weather, every effort will be made to post a score for that particular day. Rounds may be shortened to nine (9) holes when possible. An entire division must be through at least the same nine holes for the score to post for that day otherwise no scores will be posted.  If a stipulated round is completed by some groups and not others, the round will be official for those that finished the appropriate number of holes. No credits or refunds will be issued for shortened events.
