Chapel Hill, NC | In 1994, we started chartering luxury ships, hosting small groups of guests on cultural and historical tours while sailing in Europe. In 1997, we introduced the golf cruise, a novel travel concept. We privately chartered boutique ships and invited a select group of country club members and their friends to join us. These intimate first trips created the atmosphere of an exclusive travel club, offering an exceptional golf and travel experience that combined outstanding golf at historic locations with unforgettable daily tours.
From world-renowned golf courses to exclusive hidden gems, we play some of the finest courses in every country we visit. For guests who prefer a focus on touring, we explore cultural, historical, and culinary treasures, highlighting private experiences that help us avoid large crowds. Our expert guides and staff ensure a memorable and unique journey.
Since our founding over thirty years ago, we have continuously enhanced our services and broadened our selection of uniquely designed itineraries to premier golf and touring destinations worldwide. Guests enjoy stays at top-tier properties that offer five-star personal service in every location. Over the years, we have cherished the lasting friendships we’ve formed while creating special memories with our guests and partners, and we look forward to traveling with you.
Title: International Tour Director
Relocation: The position requires relocation to the North Carolina Triangle Area.
Position Description: Kalos Golf seeks an experienced hospitality, travel, or private club professional to serve as an International Tour Director. Tour Directors are responsible for coordinating and executing our golf and leisure travel programs for discerning clientele aboard luxury cruise vessels, private air journeys, and land-based itineraries worldwide.
The Tour Director serves as the operational leader of each program and is responsible for delivering the high-touch service, comfort, convenience, and camaraderie that define the Kalos experience. A Tour Director is essential to that experience.
Tour Directors are far more than trip escorts. They are hosts, leaders, relationship builders, problem solvers, and ambassadors. Most importantly, they are trusted stewards of our guests' experiences. Whether welcoming guests aboard a luxury vessel on the Mediterranean, coordinating golf event logistics in New Zealand, managing a private event in South Africa, or helping a guest navigate an unexpected challenge in Tokyo, Tour Directors are at the center of every Kalos experience.
