Exceptional Schools and a Robust Housing Market
For professionals with families, Springboro is a destination defined by its award-winning school district, which recently earned a perfect 5-Star rating from the Ohio Department of Education, placing it among the Top-10 districts in the state. The housing market is equally compelling, featuring diverse options from historic estates to luxury new-construction developments, with a median home value of approximately $419,000 that reflects the area's strong property values and desirability.
