Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club | Palm City, Florida
Nestled along the shoreline of the North Fork of the St. Lucie River just 40 minutes north of South Florida’s Palm Beaches, residents enjoy a level of privacy and a connection to nature that is unheard of anywhere else in South Florida. Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club offers just 695 residences with homeownership being a requirement of golf membership, and only 25 social memberships available at any time. The club has seen a recent increase in member engagement, with now over 300 members calling Harbour Ridge home year-round. The membership boasts a healthy golf appetite as the club plays host to roughly 58,000 rounds annually, and up to 350 rounds per day during peak season. All while incorporating a steady tournament schedule throughout the year.
River Ridge Course - The father and son team of Pete and P.B. Dye designed River Ridge with an eye toward beauty as well as “playability.” Situated among vast wetlands, it’s considered to be one of the top golf courses within Florida’s golf communities and has played host to numerous qualifying rounds for USGA Championships, including the U.S. Open. A full- scale renovation was completed in 2015 by architect, Kipp Schulties.
Golden Marsh Course - The Golden Marsh course, originally designed by Joe Lee was redesigned by Bobby Weed in 2018. It has tropical charm, swaying palms, and grand sweeping vistas at every turn. The delicate natural beauty of this course offers a more subtle challenge than its brother but still manages to provide a true test for golfers at all handicap levels.
Supplementary Property Assets: An 18,000 sq. ft. Lifestyle Center, 8 Pickleball Courts, 9 Tennis Courts.
