Supervises: Director of Golf, Golf Course Superintendent, Food and Beverage Manager, Controller, Director of Membership and Marketing, Facilities Maintenance Manager and Head Tennis Professional.
Position Description: The current General Manager (GM) is retiring after over 15 years and the new GM will oversee all daily operations while driving an exceptional, golf-focused member experience. This leader will manage clubhouse, golf, grounds, dining, and social activities with a focus on operational excellence, financial stewardship, and continuous improvement.

Effective financial management skills through oversight of annual operating and capital budgets.
Uses plans and metrics to set goals, measure, and report on performance, and make corrections when needed.
Including, but not limited to, the following:
PGA General Manager or CMAA Manager with a strong golf acumen preferred, or experience equivalent.
Five years of experience as an Assistant General Manager, General Manager or Director of Golf preferred.
Strong financial acumen is necessary.
High-level proficiency in club operating systems.
Proven record of developing a strong team and elevating service standards.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
Must understand the South Florida market.
