To ensure fairness and clarity in the registration process, the following waitlist rules apply:
Division Commitment
Once a player registers and is accepted into a division, they are considered committed to that division. Players who are successfully entered into a division are not eligible to be placed on the waitlist for another division. For example, a player who is 55 years old and registers for the Men’s Division because the Senior Men’s Division is full will remain in the Men’s Division. That player may not also join the waitlist for the Senior Men’s Division.
Waitlist Eligibility
Only players who are not entered into any division are eligible for waitlist placement. If a spot opens in a division, it will be offered to the first eligible player on that division’s waitlist. The official waitlist is published here.
No Transfers from Active Divisions to Waitlist
Players may not transfer from an active, confirmed division entry to a waitlist for another division.
This policy is designed to maintain competitive integrity and ensure that waitlists move fairly for players who are not yet in the field.
