CONTESTANT REGISTRATION

As a condition of the competition, all contestants/alternates must undergo on-site COVID-19 testing and receive NEGATIVE test results prior to entering Contestant Registration or using any of the practice facilities or courses at PGA Golf Club.


After receiving a negative test result (the following day), proceed to Contestant Registration to receive a PARKING PASS to gain access into the PGA Golf Club parking lot and a CREDENTIAL/LANYARD which will indicate you have been cleared through testing. Please wear your credential/lanyard while on-site at PGA Golf Club. Players/ Alternates will also be given a package containing a Championship money clip, disposable facial coverings, yardage books and other PPE items at Contestant Registration.

Signage

Directional signage will be in place at and near Hilton Garden Inn to assist you in locating the PGA Professional Championship COVID-19 Testing Area and Contestant Registration.

Limited Reserve Parking

There are a limited number of parking spaces reserved in Hilton Garden Inn's parking lot for Contestant Registration. If the Reserved spaces are filled when you arrive, please wait until a space opens up to park and enter the Registration area. This will assist us in keeping the Persimmon Ballroom a socially distanced space for all participants.

Presenting & Supporting Sponsors

Presenting Sponsors Cadillac, Club Car and Rolex will be represented at Contestant Registration during dates/hours posted above.

Supporting Sponsors Titleist and TaylorMade will have trucks on-site for equipment distribution and/or repair during practice rounds only (at the practice range).

Social Distancing, Behavior Expectations

In an effort to maintain the health and safety of all participants, players/ alternates must make every effort to adhere to recommended physical/social distancing guidelines throughout the competition and limit interaction as much as possible. This includes no shaking hands or other physical contact (e.g., fist bumps, high fives, etc.).

Players/ Alternates will be required to wear personal protective equipment, such as facial coverings in Contestant Registration and throughout the Championship grounds (indoors and outdoors) when not playing golf (this includes Contestant Registration, the scoring area and upon entering the Championship office).
