(*The PGA of America reserves the right to reduce the field to the low 70 players, plus ties, after the first two days of the Championship, if 36 holes have not been completed. If the cut is made to low 70 players and ties after 36 holes, players that are 90 and ties or better who are cut will earn 1st cut money ($800).)

Championship - Start on Meadows #18 tee, then #10-#17, repeated if necessary.
Top 5 - Start on Meadows #10 tee, then #11-#18, repeated if necessary.
