October 22 - Team arrivals.
October 23 - Player Gifting, Practice Round, and On-Course Skills Contests.
October 24 - Round 1 and 2, 18-hole stroke play competition.
October 25 - Rounds 3 and 4, 18-hole stroke play competition. Skills Challenge Awards Ceremony following play.
October 26 - Top four teams will compete in a match play semifinal in the morning, and a match play final in the afternoon. Remaining teams will compete in the Fiesta de Tamaya.
October 27 - Departure for all teams.
We ask that you arrive on Wednesday, October 22 and leave on Monday, October 27. The best airport to fly into is Albuquerque International.
NOTE: Transportation to and from the airport will not be provided.
Families are responsible for securing their own lodging for the week of the championship. We have a block of rooms held at the Hyatt Tamaya Resort and Spa at a discounted rate. If you would like to book your stay there, you can use this link. You have until Friday, October 10th to book your room at the Hyatt. If you choose not to stay at the Hyatt, there are other available hotels nearby.
You will receive new uniforms for the Championship that will be shipped to your house. If anything does not fit, please email Lauri Harrison at lharrison@legends.net to get a new size ordered and you will receive that on site.
You will also be shipped a championship team golf bag. Please be sure to bring this golf bag with you for the championship.
When you arrive on site you will also be getting player gifts which include: a championship towel, Gatorade water bottle, Strackaline yardage book, championship team SNAP hat and ballmarker, and an umbrella.
We will not be providing push carts for players. If they would like to use one, please make sure you bring it with you.
There will be no spectator carts allowed at the Championship. We will have a limited amount of carts set aside for anyone who has a handicap placard or ADA medical forms. They must present this to the Golf Shop in order to get a cart. No doctor's notes will be accepted.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided at Twin Warriors Golf Club for players, Coaches, and Assistant Coaches only starting on Thursday, October 23, through Sunday, October 26, in the Team Zone Tent.
