Hazel Hudson Parker, LCSW-C
Hazel became Board Certified in the State of Maryland in June of 2012 as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
She received her Bachelor's degree at Coppin State University and achieved her Master's degree from the University of Maryland Social Work in 2004.
Hazel established Parker Fundamentals In April of 2019 to be a professional resource to those open to learning the essential principles to improve their mental health and to provide support to families and children.
She also works passionately with students in Baltimore City Public Schools as a School Social Worker.
