Referrals for screening in the 2021-2022 school year were due by October 29th, 2021 at 3:00 PM. Late forms cannot be accepted.
If you would like your child screened in the 2022-2023 school year, you may fill out a paper form and turn it in to the campus counselor (Karen Reyes at Carpenter, Misty Hagerman at Riojas).
