Mr. Bennett is so honored to be a part of the Panther Choir Pfamily for 6 years.  A lifelong Texan, Mr. Bennett started his choral career in Grapevine, TX when his older sister forced him to take choir in middle school. In high school, Mr. Bennett continued choir and participated in the UIL and TMEA All-State processes, garnering admission to the All-State Choirs in three separate years. He is graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he majored in choral music education. Notable ensembles that Mr. Bennett sang in while at UT include the Concert Chorale under the direction of Dr. Joseph Bolin and the Chamber Singers under the direction of Dr. James Morrow.  Before assuming the role of choir director at PHS, Mr. Bennett served as dual assistant director at both PHS and PMS with Mrs. Muscato and Ms. Martin.  When he's not directing, Mr. Bennett routinely sings in choirs throughout the Austin area.
