2026 - 2027 CHEER and MASCOT TRYOUTS
APRIL 7th, 8th, and 9th
1.Complete the PHS CHEER & SPIRIT TRYOUT FORM on or before Monday, April 6
2. Learn TRYOUT MATERIAL HERE - Tryout Material
3. Attend all Tryout days on Tuesday, April 7, Wednesday, April 8, and Thursday, April 9
Candidates must have a current athletic physical to participate - PFISD Physical Form
Tryouts are in the Small Gym beginning at 4:30 pm
Tuesday, April 7 & Wednesday, April 8 - will be clinic days to review/learn material and practice skills 4:30pm -6:30pm
Candidates wear athletic shorts, shirt/tank top, hair pulled back, no jewelry, and athletic shoes/cheer shoes
Thursday, April 9 - will be the evaluation and will begin at 4:30pm. Candidates may leave when their tryout is complete.
On evaluation day, candidates will wear plain black shirt/tank, plain black shorts, hair pulled back, white bow, no jewelry, and athletic shoes/cheer shoes
4. Tryout Results will be posted on the PHS Cheer Website on Friday, April 10, by 6:00pm.
