College and Career Counselor
Leigh Ann Spradlin has been a counselor at Hendrickson High School since 2013. She is passionate about helping students discover their unique path, whether that leads to college, a career, the military, or the workforce. A former college softball player at St. Edward’s University, Leigh Ann also enjoys supporting students through the athletic side of their high school experience, including helping student-athletes navigate the college recruitment and athletic process. She earned her bachelor’s degree from St. Edward’s University and her master’s degree in School Counseling. Her goal is to guide and encourage every student to graduate with confidence and a clear plan for the future. College and Career Associate
Rachel is an Educational Associate in the College and Career Center at Hendrickson High School. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she majored in Business Administration and minored in Public Relations. Before transitioning to education, she worked in digital marketing at IBM, a healthcare marketing agency called Real Chemistry, and Abbott. Inspired by the impact her high school counselors had on her and her involvement in counseling-related extracurricular activities, Rachel is now pursuing her master's degree in School Counseling at Lamar University. She is passionate about education, supporting students, and motivating students to pursue their goals.
