Due to time constraint our annual pie in the face will be held in the fall.

This year Pflugerville HS created the Central Texas GSA Coalition to discuss the things that go on at our campus LGBT+ Related and celebrate it, or see how we could improve it.

CHS GSA will be hosting a LGBTQIA Awareness Week from April 16th-20th; including participation in GLSEN's Day of Silence on April 17th.
CHS GSA will be hosting a LGBTQIA Awareness Week from April 16th-20th; including participation in GLSEN's Day of Silence on April 17th.
The Week will culminate in a fundraising event on April 20th, the 2nd annual Pie In The Face Day supporting Youth Works and OutYouth, local organizations working with Homeless and LGBT youth in the Austin area.
Weeks events will include videos for the Cougar Vision Announcements focusing on gender, Intersectionality, Teen Homelessness, and Suicide/Bullying. Also, an Anti-Bullying Pledge Banner in the Cafeteria with information on Suicide/Bullying, pledges and sign ups for Day of Silence participation, an LGBTQIA Art display, a "Rainbow Warrior Recognition" Bulletin Board, and "Taste the Rainbow...History and Figures of LGBT in America" displayed in the hallways. We will be selling wristbands and voting tickets for Pie in The Face Day during Friday Advisory PAWS as well as CHS GSA swag.
