Event Day Details!
What to bring to PHS on event day:
Jeans and comfortable shoes (wear on the bus)
Small bag with basic necessities
Music folder
Small water bottle
Food in a disposable bag (ONLY if student cannot eat the pizza dinner)
Don’t bring backpacks, laptops, lunch boxes, toys, candy (leave these at school or home please)
Choir Students who also have artwork in the show:
At the end of our final rehearsal run-through, the art students will be dismissed to go change and eat first so they can join their teacher and artwork in the gallery area.
Where should parents park at PHS?
If you are looking at the front of PHS, the PAC is at the back left side of the school. There is a parking lot on the left side of the school that can be used, but it will fill up quickly. Other parking is available on the other side of the school (across from the Pfield and near the admin building). Audience members should arrive early for good parking and time for walking. You can check out the art show (which opens at 5:15) while you wait for the concert to start.
After the Concert: (approximately 7:00 p.m.)
There will be designated dismissal areas in the PAC. When the concert is over, audience members will be asked to remain seated as students go to meet their music teacher in these pickup areas, and then parents will be asked to meet us there. Parents and students then move to the lobby and/or parking lot ASAP.
