About Us

Rhyan Nicholson is a junior at Pewaukee Highschool. She is involved in clubs and activities such as: Girls soccer, and ski club. She has over 3 years of work experience beginning her time at Bubba's Frozen Custard where she was a cashier along with working the drive thru window. She has also spent time being a hostess at Asiana Fine Dining. During the summer months Rhyan spends her time working as a camp counselor for Pewaukee Parks and Rec, and now she is currently employed at We Rock the Spectrum Pewaukee where she works with kids with special needs. The skills Rhyan has obtained is visible throughout her company, which she is in a partnership with PHS junior Giana Ferra-Schlitz. 

Rhyan specializes in the marketing, and ground work of the business. She has obtained lots of skills with taking market this and business foundations during her time at PHS. She contributes these skills with coming up with different marketing strategies that reach customers and bring in sales, along with coming up with goals for the business and the steps it takes to get there. With Rhyan’s employment background she has obtained a series of leadership skills that she uses within the business as well. 

Giana Ferrara-Schlitz is a junior at Pewaukee Highschool.She is involved in clubs and activities such as: Ski Club, Best Buddies, Key Club, Faith Club, Girls Soccer and Cheer. She has over two years of work experience beginning her time as a cashier at Ace Hardware and is now currently working at Artisan 179 as a servers assistant and hostess. The skills Giana has obtained is visible throughout her company, which she is in a partnership with PHS junior Rhyan Nicholson. 

Giana specializes in the english and graphic design portion of the business. She has obtained lots of skills by taking all required English courses as well as yearbook. She contributes these skills with creating the design of the logo and packaging, along with making sure all grammatical errors are accounted for. As working as a servers assistant and hostess Giana has gained a great sum of communication skills which she applies to the business.
