STEP 1 - NICA's Pit Zone is where you must register your student as an athlete, or yourself as a coach or ride leader. There are league fees that are mandatory for all riders - $25 for NICA National Fee + $48 WI League Fee = $73 per athlete per season. This covers insurance and maintains the league infrastructure.
STEP 2 - After your initial sign up with NICA Pit Zone, you'll access your state chapter, the Wisconsin Interscholastic Cycling League to sign up for races throughout the season. Races are $40 or you can get all 5 for $180.
STEP 3 - You will need to sign up with SportsYou to access your Pewaukee MTB Team schedule, roster, availability, messaging, and more. It's extremely helpful to download the app on your phone, though SportsYou can be accessed via computer as well.
Note - Once you've registered as a NICA rider, discounted new bike purchases and bike rentals are available at the Wheel and Sprocket in Brookfield and Delafield. Discounts are also available through our sponsor Bicycle Doctor in Dousman.
