It all started as a very personal fascination with the wine-making art that the founder, a wine enthusiast from Skopje, has always had. Everything else came as a completely natural and authentic Macedonian wine-making tradition.

From collecting wines from all over the globe, to the first vines planted and creating a vineyard, to bottling the first wines and opening a boutique winery and receiving great awards, this winemaker shared his vision with a team of wine enthusiasts and turned his vision into reality. Kamnik Wines are creations combining the past and the future and keeping the story alive.

An award winning winery, Bowin Winery is the first privately build winery in Macedonia. The company was established in 1998, the year when 120.000 bottles of high quality white and red wines were produced.
