On a traineeship you will attend a quality work placement for 2-5 days a week with an employer. You will also study for seven weeks including, if necessary, Maths and English functional skills or GCSE (at the relevant level for you), to improve your numeracy and literacy. Traineeships are a natural route to apprenticeships or employment.
