What is the PERA HUB Mobile App?

The PERA HUB Mobile App is a FREE app for iOS and Android. It is a Digital platform designed to facilitate financial services and digital transactions. The app allows you to do the following transactions:

Send and Receive Remittance (Debit/Credit to your PERA HUB Visa Prepaid Card account or Branch Transaction)
Safe and secured transactions (usage of One Time Passwords, user credentials for every transaction, session expiration for inactivity)
Check your PERA HUB Visa Prepaid Card Balance
Branch Locator

Where can I download the PERAHUB Mobile App?

You can download the PeraHub Mobile App for Free at Google Play (for Android) and App Store for iOS.

What are the requirements in signing up in the app?

You can sign-up for your PeraHub Mobile App by filling in your key information and taking a photo of your valid ID. You will have a username and a temporary password for logging into your account. You are requested to change your password for security purposes.

Why did you create a digital app?

We continuously want to provide ways to give convenience to our customers. Thus, having the app allows you to send and receive remittance and other financial transactions, anytime and anywhere.

With this new E-wallet partner? Do we still have a virtual card?

This feature will be available soon. We will surely update you once it's available!

With this new E-wallet partner, will the client’s card number be retained? Will they have a new virtual card number linked to their app?

For PHV card holders who don’t have the app yet, how can they register? What are the directions for that?

The Customer Service can reach out (call) the PHVC users and they can able to download the app in google and apple store

What are the cash in and cash out limits of the new app?

InstaPay and PESONET has a limit of ₱50,000 per transaction. The total amount you can transfer (Cash in/ Cash out) in a day is up to Php100k.

Why is the app changing? Why is there a need for a new E-wallet partner?

Due to EON sunset, we’re migrating the app to a new platform to ensure continued service to our PERAHUB customers.

When will the migration happen?

Do I need to do anything to move to the new app?

You will receive a notification on your app to obtain your consent for migration to the new platform.

If you agree to the consent, we will proceed with migrating your app.
However, if you do not agree, your app will not be migrated to the new platform and you will no longer be able to use it.
If you still have a balance in your app, you may withdraw it over the counter at the nearest Union Bank branch.

Will my existing account automatically transfer to the new app?

You will receive a notification on your app to obtain your consent for migration to the new platform.

If you agree to the consent, we will proceed with migrating your app.
However, if you do not agree, your app will not be migrated to the new platform and you will no longer be able to use it.
If you still have a balance in your app, you may withdraw it over the counter at the nearest Union Bank branch.

Will there be downtime during the migration?

No, there will be no downtime. We are aiming for a seamless migration.

Is the new app secure?

As we upgrade our app, we continue to strengthen and enhance our security measures so you can use our service with confidence and ease.

Will my transaction history still be available?

You may request your transaction history from the previous app through EON customer service. Please note that only the last three months of your transaction history can be retrieved.

What happens to my current balance—will it be moved automatically?

You will receive a notification on your app to obtain your consent for migration to the new platform. If you agree to the consent, we will proceed with migrating your app, and your balance will automatically be reflected in the updated app.

However, if you do not agree, your app will not be migrated to the new platform and you will no longer be able to use it. If you still have a balance in your app, you may withdraw it over the counter at the nearest Union Bank branch.

Will there be changes to cash in/cash out options or partners?

Current partners will be retained with additional new cash in and out features (Instapay and QRPH)

Will I get support during the transition if I have problems?

Yes, PERA HUB will be here to support you in this transition.

Is there a tutorial or guide for using the new app?

Yes, there will be a guide and FAQs in relation to the new Pera Hub mobile app.
