1. The promo is open to all PERA HUB new loan and recaptured loan applications from November 1 - December 15, 2024.
2.To qualify, customers must have a successful loan application for any of the following loan products offered by PERA HUB:

3.One (1) successful loan application is equivalent to One (1) raffle entry
4.Lucky winners from each group will win any of the following prizes.
5. One (1) winner will be drawn from each group of Loan Product borrowers (Teacher’s Salary Loan, Pensionado Loan & Government - AFP Salary Loan) therefore, three sets are allocated for each group.
6. All winners from the qualified entries during the promo duration will be drawn on Dec. 20, 2024, 3pm, to be held in PETNET Inc. office, #114 East Offices Bldg., Aguirre St., San Lorenzo, Makati City under the supervision of the assigned representative by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
7. A borrower can only win once during the promo duration. In case the name is drawn twice, he automatically gets the higher prize and the earlier prize will be reopened for another raffle.
8. Winners will be notified via registered mail, SMS through their registered mobile number (sender: PERA HUB) and will be announced on PERA HUB’s Facebook Page.
9. Winners may claim their prize at the nearest PERA HUB Branch. Upon claiming winners must present one (1) valid ID (government or company-issued) or Birth Certificate and the registered email received or PERA HUB official text message.
10. Winners will be requested for a photo opportunity when they claim their cash prizes. The photos will be part of the winner’s announcement ad and will be posted on PERA HUB’s official Facebook page.
11. PERA HUB shall not be liable if the winners did not receive the registered mail or official text message due to wrong or outdated personal information.
12. All winners will only have sixty (60) calendar days to redeem their prize upon receipt of the registered mail notification. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of PERA HUB upon prior approval from DTI. Prizes are not transferable nor convertible to cash.
13. PERA HUB shall shoulder the 20% prize tax for the prizes exceeding P10,000.
14. All employees of PERA HUB, Ad/ Creatives Agency, PR and Media agencies and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
15. All complaints pertaining to the Terms and Conditions of this promo shall be communicated to the PERA HUB Customer Service at (02) 8-PERAHUB or send an email to customercare@perahub.com.ph
