WELCOME
The College & Career Center is located in the library. We are here to support college and career exploration, provide work permits, and to connect students with local resources and opportunities. While many of the resources on this site are PHS specific, some are useful to all students graduating from a high school in the state of California. Please use this site to familiarize yourself with the ever changing and complex college & career landscape.
McCoy Dodsworth has a wealth of experience as an educator and feels lucky to work with PCS students. Her first job out of college was at the education nonprofit WestEd in San Francisco. She went on to teach middle school, high school and college students. In addition to her role here, McCoy is a part-time Sociology Instructor at Napa Valley College.
Native to Prescott, Arizona, she lives in Petaluma with her husband, two kids (aged 15 and 11), and their almost blind border collie. They like to ride bikes, read books, go backpacking, and play video games together. Mario Kart World is the favorite right now.
