From Northern Europe to the Lemon Tree Market in Guardamar del Segura.

We at Peter's bake & catering offer a menu with food that originates from the Swedish traditional cooking. Some dishes are seen as whole or parts from the world-famous Swedish smörgåsbord, such as Herring, Smoked Salmon, Gravlax, Meatballs and Falukorv.

90% of all the food we serve is made from scratch. We make our own meatballs and burgers, we do the gravlax ourselves and we have our own smoker in which we smoke the salmon. We import sausages and shrimps from Sweden.

Another speciality we have, is Swedish pastries, such as cinnamon buns and Tuscan cake. Every week we have different pastries as a special of the week.

We are very proud that one of us who runs Peter's was in the first season of the Swedish version of "The great british bake of" (Hela Sverige bakar).

Just in time for Christmas, we make our own sweet and strong mustard, based on a 100-year-old recipe. It takes four weeks to make.
