About Us

Tom is certified in wetland science and management from the University of Washington, where he also earned his Master's degree, after earning his B.S. in Biology at the University of Oregon. Tom has years of professional experience in wetland delineation, wetland and stream restoration, mitigation planning and monitoring, fisheries and marine mammal monitoring, and fish and wildlife assessments. Tom is certified as a Professional Wetland Scientist by the Society of Wetland Scientists (PWS Certification # 3676).
