I am so excited to be an assistant principal at Petal Primary School!

I just moved here from Frisco, Texas, where I was a teacher and instructional coach for ten years.  I have been married to my husband, Bob, for 28 years, and we have three children.  Charlie is 24 and he works as an EMT in Oregon.  Olivia is 22 and she lives and works in Baton Rouge.  Robert is 20, and he plays baseball at Weatherford College in Texas.   We have two dogs, Lassen and Gus, and two cats, George and Ruby.  Ruby is the one who is always getting into trouble, scaling the Christmas tree, swinging from hanging plants, and knocking as many things as she can onto the floor!

In my spare time, you will find me spending time with my family, reading, crocheting, knitting or sewing.  On my vacations from school, I will usually spend time on my family's farm in Hawaii, where we grow chocolate and coffee.
