About Me

I teach second grade here at Petal Primary School. I am married to Joe, who is the Fire Chief at the Petal Fire Department. We have three sons, Zachary, Nicholas, and Sam as well as five grandchildren. I enjoy traveling with my family, reading, as well as doing all sorts of projects such as knitting, quilting, sewing, etc. We are members of Petal-Harvey Baptist Church.

My Education

I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Southern Mississippi. I received my Master's Degree in Reading Instruction from USM. SMTTT!! I am also a National Board Certified Teacher. My certification is Literacy.
