PES has CNC machining centres with 3, 4 and 5 axes, with vertical processing. Thus, processes of milling, drilling, reaming, threading, profile processing can be performed

The precision of the machines and the endowment with the latest tools, specially adapted to each type of processing, ensure a high level of quality for the machined parts. Thus, we have the possibility to process parts with micron precision and roughness below Ra0.8.

PES makes CNC turned parts with 2 and 3 axes (with diameter up to 500mm) and universal mounting or in specific fixing devices

PES makes the level of dimensional precision when grinding is of the order of microns, as well as the shape accuracy of the parts (circularity, cylindricality, flatness) and in terms of roughness, adapting the cutting regimes and tools specific to each type of processing, we can make parts with values below Ra 0.1.

We can cut laser:

STAINLESS STEEL 8 mm thick

STEEL 15 mm thick

GALVANIZED PLATE 3 mm thick

We can also cut laser and bend sheets up to 6 m long (10 mm thick S235, S355)
