Support Crews

• We think they're one of the most important non-mandatory things you can have!

• Before the race, try and give your support crew a little chat about things you might need or want done when you get into the aid station! It'll be less confronting for them when you arrive, and they'll be able to ensure you're refreshed and ready to go for the next leg!

• Sometimes, the difference between pushing on or really considering quitting can be as simple as seeing your support crew smiling and encouraging you as you enter the Aid Station!

We welcome spectators to cheer on the Trail Fest participants from the Event Villages

If you’d love to be more involved please Join the Woohoo Crew to be part of the Finish Crew and cheer on participants as they cross the Finish Line!

Most importantly of all, come and enjoy the atmosphere and cheer your runner(s) home! What an incredible adventure they've undertaken, one that YOU have been part of, and one that you'll BOTH remember for a lifetime!
