Translation Fees
Content is assessed 1 page starting from THB 800/page based on the word count or character count of each language, as follows:

Japanese: 800 characters
Chinese: 500 characters
Thai: 350 words
English: 350 words

Example: A customer sends Y LINK one Thai document for translation assessment. The original document is 2 pages, and the total word count is 750 words.

Calculation method: Divide the total word count 750 words by 350. (750 ÷ 350 = 2.1428)

(Rounding rule: if the decimal part is less than 0.5, it is counted as 0.5 page; if it is more than 0.5, it is counted as 1 full page.)

Therefore, this translation document is assessed as 2.5 pages.

Turnaround Time (Estimated Delivery Date)

For 2-3 A4 pages, translation takes approximately 1 day (depending on content difficulty and translator availability).

Payment Details

After delivery, we will send an invoice by post. Please make payment within 7 days of receiving the original invoice.
For individual requests, translation will begin only after payment is made. Please send the payment slip/transfer proof via email or your current contact information.

Process

① Send your documents for a free quote (Digital copies accepted via email).

② Calculate service fees and estimated turnaround time, and prepare a quotation.

③ Send the quotation via email.

④ The customer signs the quotation to confirm the translation.

⑤ Proceed with translation (Send request to the translator).

⑥ Translation reviewed by our company.

⑦ Send the finalized translation to the customer (via email.)

※Changes or revisions to the translation can be requested within 1 month after receiving the final translation.

※After 1 month of sending the translation to the customer, if no contact for revisions is received, the files will be destroyed immediately.

⑧ Issue and send the invoice via post.

⑨ Pay the service fee.

⑩ Issue and send the receipt via post.
