Why does Per Scholas need my pay stubs?

Each time you start a new job, make sure to let us know by providing the following information:

Per Scholas is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We receive funding and donations from partner organizations and government grants because we can prove that our program makes an impact on people’s lives. In order to prove this, we need hard data to back up our claims.

That’s where your pay stubs come in. Pay stubs are federally recognized documents proving both employment status and wages. It’s how we prove our alumni earn 300% more after training with Per Scholas. Without this data, the funding is gone and we wouldn’t be able to offer training to any new individuals. That’s why it’s so important you help us pay it forward. We can’t do it without your help!
