No! We welcome all students who are eager to learn and willing to work hard. While some members may have prior dance or cheer experience, it’s not required. We provide training in technique, routines, and performance skills during practices.
Team fees cover the essentials for each dancer, which may include:
Uniform pieces (top, skirt/pants, warm-ups, etc.)
Accessories (bows, poms, shoes, tights, etc.)
Equipment (bags, practice shirts, props if used)
Team events and activities throughout the season
We keep costs as low as possible and provide detailed breakdowns so families know exactly what their contributions support.
Being a Falconette is a team activity. Members are expected to attend practices, performances, and special events. Consistent attendance is important so the team can learn routines together and perform with confidence.
Practices are scheduled weekly (see our Calendar page for details). Additional practices may be added before major events, parades, or performances.
The team performs at school events, athletic games, parades, pep sessions, and community events. Specific dates and details are posted on the Calendar.
Auditions are designed to see effort, enthusiasm, and growth potential—not just perfect dance skills. Students will learn a short routine, review basic technique, and demonstrate teamwork and a positive attitude.
We never want cost to be the reason a student can’t participate. Please reach out to the coach privately to discuss possible payment plans or support options.
Parent support is always appreciated! Opportunities may include helping with events, chaperoning, or assisting with fundraising. While not required, it’s a great way to get involved.
