College Credit Plus (CCP) Information
2026
College Credit Plus is a dual enrollment program that provides students in grades 7-12 the opportunity to take college level courses and earn college credits along with their high school credits. If you are planning on participating in the College Credit Plus program next year at Perry High School, you must take a college readiness test called the Accuplacer Exam.

Important Information about College Credit Plus for current 7th graders:
There will be no college level classes offered at Edison or Perry High School for 8th graders
If you are interested in taking a college class as an 8th grader, you must go to the Stark State College to take the course.
Transportation is NOT provided by Perry to Stark State, so you must provide your own transportation.
Classes must be after school hours or on weekends.
You will need to contact Stark State College to take the Accuplacer Exam and then make an appointment with the college advisor to see which classes are available.
Most 8th grade students are not ready for the rigor of college classes and choose to wait until they are in 9th grade to take these CCP courses at Perry High School.
