Steps to take CCP
Register to the Accuplacer through Perry Local. Students have the ability to sign up through emails sent out by the counseling department. Students can also sign up to take the Accuplacer at Stark State here.
Important note - students can only attempt the Accuplacer test twice within a school year.
If a student meets the eligible score for their desired CCP course, students must follow the instructions to apply to Stark State listed below (pink form).
After applying to Stark State, you will receive a Stark State Student ID number. Please use this number to fill out the CCP enrollment packet that can be found here
Submit your completed packet along with a copy of your Accuplacer scores to the counseling office by the due date listed at the top of the CCP enrollment packet.
Important note - students who wish to take CCP courses need to complete and submit their CCP enrollment packet EVERY YEAR they intend to enroll in a CCP course.
