Beyond physical training, Spearhead prioritizes holistic athlete development — including nutrition education, mental performance, and a culture grounded in teamwork, trust, and character. Their mission extends beyond fast swimming—they strive to cultivate dedicated, resilient individuals who demonstrate leadership and perseverance both in the water and in life.
Spearhead also offers high-level stroke clinics and private lessons focused on improving starts, turns, finishes and general stroke efficiency—designed to teach athletes the essential details and finer points of competitive swimming.

Perry Aquatic Club (PAC) is a year round club that strives to provide a welcoming, team-centered environment for young swimmers beginning at age five and continuing through high school (up to age 18).
To be eligible for the swim team, members must be able to swim one length of the pool unassisted and be able to do two of the four stroke techniques (free/back/breast/fly).
PAC practices focus on stroke development, increasing endurance, time improvement, and fostering long-term growth for athletes of all experience levels. The program emphasizes positive attitude, hard work, and team spirit, and also offers private or semi-private lessons for beginners who need foundational skills or swim-test preparation. PAC is dedicated to helping each swimmer build confidence, develop strong swimming skills, and cultivate a lifelong love of the sport.
