E-REFERENCE SERVICE

An information  services that assist library patrons in obtaining the data they require. It is a service that involves either finding the required data on behalf of the clientele or assisting clients in finding data.

LIBRARY  ONLINE  RESERVATION/APPOINTMENT

To use the LRC facility, a prior appointment must be sought at least two days before the scheduled activity. 

Ask PIA (Perpetualite Information Assistant)

is a virtual librarian ready to answer your queries. The LRC (Learning Resource Center) has an information or reference desk where assistance from a librarian is available. The LRC provides reference services via the telephone and social media channels, emails, or chats with the librarians. Ask PIA is available Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Book Evaluation Tool

An assessment tool to assist the Learning Resource Center in collaboration with faculty, in determining the relevance of the collection to the program in support of instruction. 

1. Connect with the Learning Resource Center for access. 

2. Click your department's e-books. 

3. Click on the course/subject you are teaching.

4. Start by reading and evaluating the e-books.

5. Answer the evaluation tool by clicking the Google form link

 Note: Your evaluation will be recorded and sent to the LRC email address
