About Me:
I’m a Performance Nutritionist and Personal Trainer. My background includes completing a BSc in Public Health Nutrition and MSc in Sports Nutrition. I completed my Personal Training Diploma in 2019 and helped various clients optimise their nutrition, exercise and mindset since then.
My practice is centred on the body as a whole: nutrition, exercise and mindset. I help busy people change their framework and give them the right tools to excel in their health and fitness journey no matter their goal. I focus on sustainable habits and lasting change.
Because I struggled with this in the past. My passion for helping others comes from my own experiences with poor body image, excessive exercising and disordered eating. I embarked on my studies because I believe that everyone is capable of making a change - you just need the right tools and support to get you started.
