Hello, my name is Alejandro Rodriguez, D. Eng., PMP, LEED AP, CDT, owner of Perez + Alvarado Consultants, Inc. 

I created this company with the purpose of bridging the gap that exists between the designer and construction teams in the traditional Design-Bid-Build project delivery system. 

My goal is to provide value to architects, contractors, and ultimately the project owners by increasing the quality of project specifications, thus creating more accurate submittals and lowering the number of RFIs. 

I am a Florida Certified General Contractor with experience in construction projects including multifamily, retail and hospitality.
