Hello, my name is Alejandro Rodriguez, D. Eng., PMP, LEED AP, CDT and I am the owner of Perez + Alvarado Consultants, Inc. 

I created this company with the purpose of bridging the gap that exists between the designer and construction teams in the traditional Design-Bid-Build project delivery system that is used in the construction industry. 

My goal is to provide value to architects, interior designers, and ultimately the project owners by increasing the quality of project specifications, which in turn, can also lower the number of RFIs and create more accurate submittals. 

I am a Florida Certified General Contractor with experience in commercial construction projects and building facilities operations in retail and hospitality.
