Trade Craft and Strategy in Big Cases - LAW 2282.15

With an emphasis on real-world developments, the course will explore several recent international commercial arbitrations and related court proceedings to identify successful strategies, best practices, ethical constraints and abuses of the arbitral process. The perspectives of courts, arbitrators, counsel, experts and administering institutions will be considered in an effort to make class members more practice-ready.
