Dispositions: How to Log Calls Correctly 

After each call, log the interaction in Scale to Win using these options:

• Talking to Correct Person → Successfully engaged with the intended voter.

• Answering Machine / No Answer → No one answered or someone answered, but no meaningful interaction took place and they didn't confirm their identity. Reached voicemail. DO NOT leave a voice message.

• Refused → Confirmed their identity and stated they do not want to participate in the call. They will remain on our list. 

• Not Home / No Answer → No one answered or someone answered, but no meaningful interaction took place and they didn't confirm their identity 

• Do Not Call → the voter explicitly requested to be removed from the list.

• Deceased → The intended voter has passed away

• Call Back Later → Request a call back 

• Wrong Number → Phone number incorrect; the number doesn't belong to the intended voter. 

• Moved → The intended voter no longer resides at this location (STATE).

• Language Barrier: Spanish 

• Language Barrier: Other language
