Please be respectful of the 10am checkout time as we schedule our days around getting in here to start our cleanup no later. With the extra cleaning we need to do to ensure a clean and sanitized space, we need the time to get the home ready. Thank you for understanding!

To OPEN front door:
Enter your 4 digit access code.
You'll hear the automatic lock unlock and you can then turn the handle and enter.
Once inside, you can manually turn the deadbolt knob to lock.
To LOCK when leaving:
Close door and push the Lock Button/Image in lower right corner of the key pad. That's it!
You will hear the automatic lock secure into place.
Quiet Hours are 9:00PM – 7AM. We ask that you please be respectful of our neighbors.
Parties/gatherings or excessive noise is strictly prohibited.
Smoking of any kind is allowed outside only.
If you use the kitchen, please keep it tidy and do your dishes.
Relax, take it easy and enjoy your stay- yes that is a rule!
There is an attached garage used for owner storage/laundry and is generally locked from guests. If you have special storage needs please contact us and let us know!
If the router should need to be reset (unplug/plug back in), the router is in the living room below and to the left of the TV on the floor (you may need to gently/carefully move the cabinet with TV on it out away from the wall to get behind it to the router itself).
Please do not take white towels out of the house. The white bathing/washing towels for each guest are located in the closet to the left of the shower in the bathroom.
