Beyond traditional talk therapy, Penny is passionate about incorporating movement, experiential learning, and the outdoors into therapy sessions as appropriate. One of Penny's unique interests is labyrinth walks, which she views as a metaphor for the journey of self-discovery and personal growth. She can incorporate labyrinth walks, as appropriate to individual client’s treatment plan as a therapeutic tool and meditative experience. Labyrinth walks can be scheduled for individuals, families, and groups.
