4:30 Check-in for Grand March begins
5:00 Grand March begins
By 6:15 Arrive to Core Event Center (formerly Antonelli's) for Check-In
6:00 - 7:00 Appetizers
7:30 - 8:30 Dinner is served
9:00 Announcement of Court/Crowning of the King and Queen
10:30 Students are permitted to leave
11:00 Prom is officially over
Grand March Information
Students should arrive for check-in at 4:00 pm. ALL STUDENTS ATTENDING PROM MUST CHECK IN FOR GRAND MARCH (even if you do not want your name announced). A professional photographer will take photos of all students as they are called during Grand March.
Dress Code Information
Appropriate dress is required at the Prom, and formal attire is encouraged. School administration reserves the right to deny entrance to the event if clothing is deemed not appropriate for the occasion. Parents and students are encouraged to send photographs of questionable clothing to administration before they are purchased or considered appropriate. The Penn-Trafford High School Student Handbook will be followed regarding the dress code.
Who is permitted to attend?
All Penn-Trafford students and guests:
Must be a junior or senior in high school (sophomores are permitted if asked by a junior or senior)
Under the age of 21
What is needed for an outside guest?
Copy of Photo identification of the outside guest (Examples - drivers license, school ID)

****TICKET PROCEDURE****
Prom tickets are $85 per person or $170 per couple.
Ticket registration will begin on March 31 and end on April 16. To purchase a ticket, you must register through the Google Form then pay for and pick up your tickets during your lunch in the cafeteria. Early release students can pay for and pick up their tickets in room 138 during homeroom.
Checks should be made payable to Penn-Trafford High School. Tickets are non-refundable once a final count is given to Core Event Center on April 16. You must present your tickets upon arrival at Core.
Restricted List:
Under NO circumstances will anyone be allowed to register while on the restricted list. All discipline issues and obligations must be satisfied prior to registering for tickets. You MUST remain off of the restricted list through the day of the Prom.
Ticket Approval:
Tickets will not be approved if you are on the restricted list OR outside guest information has not been turned in. Money will be refunded to those students that do not meet that criteria.

2025 Outside Guest Form
Forms will be available from March 31 - April 16 in room 138 and in the Main Office. The completed outside guest form and a copy of the photo ID must be turned in to room 138 by April 16.
If they are not turned in, they will not be permitted to attend. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Table Reservations for Core Event Center
Please complete a table reservation form regardless of the size of your group.
Maximum seating per table is 8 people.
Smaller groups will be combined to fill a table.
Forms can be submitted as early as March 31 and are due by April 16. PLEASE ONLY SUBMIT ONE FORM PER GROUP!
If you do not submit a form you will be assigned a table to fill in the empty seats.
Meal accommodations
If you have any type of food allergy(ies) or need a gluten-free or vegan meal prepared, please make sure to check that box on the Google form so that we can notify Core Event Center.
No bags will be permitted in to the event. Administrators have the right to inspect any bag found at the event.
